Bradley Fisher, General Manager

Brad is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in marketing and sales, strategic planning, and people management, driving growth through a strong focus on customer experience and the delivery of leading edge products and services in the wireless, video, telecom and Internet sectors in both Canada and the USA.

Prior to joining Primus in 2014, Brad served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Marketing for Hawaiian Telcom, the largest statewide communications provider in Hawaii, where he launched IPTV and delivered successive quarter-over-quarter growth in Broadband services. Previously, Brad held executive roles at Bell Canada, most recently Vice President, Consumer Internet Services, as well as positions in the Small & Medium Enterprise division and at Bell Mobility where he was responsible for the introduction of Bell’s wireless data services. Prior to joining Bell Canada, Brad held positions at Perle Systems, a premier provider of data networking solutions and at CIBC, one of Canada’s leading financial institutions.

Brad brings more than 20 years' experience in telecommunications and information technology, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Tamara Flemington, Vice President, Network and Information Services

Tamara is a proven business and technology executive with over 20 years’ experience leading technology teams.

Prior to joining Primus in 2014, Tamara architected, developed and supported all of the systems required for a new telecommunications start up, Mobilicity. Through her tenure, she also had responsibility for Network Operations and Carrier Relations. She has held several Senior Roles at TELUS in the IT and Business Transformation Unit where she lead the PMO and several other technology teams. Prior to Telus, she established a Global Program Office for CIBC and was responsible for the integration of acquired companies into CIBC's portfolio as well as successfully leading large global technology initiatives.

Tamara is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.

Maureen Merkler, Vice President, Human Resources

Maureen Merkler is responsible for the development and execution of human resources strategies that align, support and contribute to Primus Canada's vision and corporate objectives.

Through the enhancement of internal systems and programs, Maureen and her team continue to foster work environments conducive to maximizing Employee engagement.

Maureen Merkler was instrumental in the delivery of Primus' Strategic Leadership, Effective Management and Vision Development initiatives and continues to promote the core values of Primus Canada.

Before joining Primus in 1999, Maureen was the Vice President of Human Resources for London Telecom Network and WinTel Communications.

Maureen is a certified Human Resources professional and a member of the Human Resource Professionals Association of Ontario.

Jill C. Schatz, General Counsel & VP Law

Jill joined Primus in 2008 as General Counsel and VP Law and has overall responsibility for the legal needs of the Company.

Jill has extensive in-house experience in various public and private corporations and has held senior legal, corporate secretarial and executive roles in the IT and Telecommunications industries since 2000 with Momentum Advanced Solutions Inc. (formerly OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc.) and Cybersurf Corp. Prior to 2000 she held in-house positions with ICI Canada Inc. (formerly C-I-L Inc.) and TransCanada Pipelines Limited. Jill is active in the corporate counsel community and is a past-President of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (“CCCA”). She currently serves on the Executives of the IT and E-Commerce Section of the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Chapter of the CCCA.

Jill holds a Juris Doctorate and MBA both from the University of Toronto as well as a Masters in Law (International Trade & Competition Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
