
- • Provide analysis of all sales activities and marketing campaigns, including leads and lists
- • Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, and communications strategies, programs, and campaigns
- • Analyze and report on weekly and monthly results, providing analysis of key performance indicators and provide recommendations
- • Translate complex data into meaningful information
- • Create scorecards and dashboard reports
- • Create, distribute, and track opportunity lists for various channels, including online and direct sales
- • Analyze and maintain database of existing base of customers, including segmentation and profiling analysis
- • Create and manage marketing campaigns for multiple product portfolios, while tracking results and taking accountability for results
- • Manage list requirements to drive leads to sales
- • Create and track lead process
- • Manage budget for marketing department
- • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with all functional areas of the company – critical to the success of the products
- • Other duties and projects as assigned
- • University Degree (Bachelors) in Business or Marketing
- • Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in Marketing
- • Minimum 1 – 3 years as a Business Analyst
- • Database management experience, including experience managing lists and leads, working with list providers as well as defining and refining requirements
- • Previous experience in the technology industry
- • Must have managed relationships with agencies
- • Must have experience developing and executing multiple marketing campaigns and measuring results
- • Excellent knowledge of telecom products
- • Demonstrated success managing and tracking multiple concurrent campaigns
- • The ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and adhere to strict timelines
- • Previous telecom and technology experience
- • PC Skills – strong knowledge of MS Office
- • Advanced levels of Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- • Intermediate skills in VBA Coding
- • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-departmental teams
- • Ability to be persuasive
- • Excellent communication skills (Written, verbal and listening)
- • Strong presentation skills
- • Detailed and extremely analytical
- • Excellent team player
- • Strong decision making skills and ability to work independently
- • Finance background would be of benefit
